Hi,
I dont think that it is shutters down for the company. I find today's announcement quite extraordonary in providing inside details about CR. To me it looks like the conditions being imposed on the company were not acceptable to director (s). Why have they walked early on as due diligence period was till 26th Feb? We know now that MR celllive is available in the market now and Zeiss has paid progress payments. By publically announcing their solvency they may be hinting to MR , Zeiss and MK that it is the most opportunate time to strike a deal which can benefit both parties. Lets hope this is the position.
