Looking at their 4th qtr activities, the St Ives property investment is not as good as it once seemed, market conditions not right - blind freddy could have stated that.
The only saving grace is the AGM involvement.
Why is GUL still a going concern, it is not doing anything, the management have a cheek drawing a salary
