Fully takeover would be soon when Novomatic held 53%
At least $3.50 if fully T/O
minority shareholders should support the deal if they are wise.
I am going to Vote YES
SP should go up quickly above $3 whether Novomatic only wanted to hold 53% or fully takeover.
Do shareholder want to keep it $2.50 or want it much higher, eg $3.50, $4?
Vote YES if you want the share price to perform well.
