ASX are the only ones that can lift the suspension and for that too happen there is a plethora of anns that need to come with it, so the delay is either with ASX themselves OR management not finished lodging the required anns. Have a look at TV2 as an example and their anns before they opened shop. There seems to be a few delays AWD now VNX springs to mind.
