Doesn't sound like "bad" news (insolvency etc) due to the (albeit vague) wording.
Don't you love the feelings of anticipation in these situations, waiting for the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT? In my experience, 90% of the time it is either bad news or underwhelming (but 90% of the time I am expecting something awesome...) - explains why I always feel a bit nervous at these times
