2. Knowledgeable individuals in terms of the industry
3. People who see the lighter side of life who like to introduce a bit of fun
4. People with a balanced view who can ask constructive questions to test people's thinking and avoid group think, but not argue for arguments sake

Contributors you don't want
1. Ignorant people
2. Malicious people
3. People who by the manner in which they interact actually drive people away from the forum, thus reducing the groups overall benefit

Might be worth people thinking about where they fit on the list.
