I think its a bit early for Karroo to save us. Being a 2020 project is probably not going to entice anyone to jump on board now. Clearly this is for the 'potential' US investor market - to be used as a 'but wait .. there's more'. Not sure if it will get US investors jumping on the train now, but definitely making them aware. Guess it makes me the stupid one who jumps in before they have even furnished the train!!
