I do not understand the fuss, money is cheap still, when I was buying first investment properties I was paying 17%. The basic problem is that people over extend and get into trouble then cry it is the governments fault. Simple if you cannot afford you do not buy, end of story.
Should be some good property buys in the next 12 months.
