Hey Tonyh83, just some thoughts as you haven't got much feedback on your post. People who hold will tend to advise you to buy, as that will advantage their position. People who don't hold will have conflicting views. I'd advise you to bury yourself in previous OSL ASX announcements and make your decision in that light.
For instance, this latest one. I can understand the rather large loan share payment to Dr Chris Roberts in this extra AGM. Before the price drop it was an incredible payment for his expertise, and a wonderful legacy to his family. But what about the other very very very generous stuff in this ann? Have those people earned it? Maybe check the terms for vestiture and escrow, and whether it works with your investment long term. Does it seem right?
And by the way, the 13.5c price for loan shares will tend to be a magnet for the sp. Are you comfortable with that? Do you think the 1990s brachytherapy in this product will get a CE mark, and, even if it does, will that translate to revenue? After 11 years of minimal interest by hospitals, will that change?
