That's were things get mirky .... Who is a sub holder ?
For example ........ As a director you have to disclose indirect holdings ie: AJ's holding via CS
CS are Nominees and are actually the registered owners of the clients shares
So now, as AJ is a sub, not a director, does he have to declare his indirect holding via CS ????
You may be surprised at how arbitrary the answer to that question is treated by the so called 'gate keepers'
Now before you open up on me ..... I am not suggesting AJ is selling ... Just that CS have the single largest holding of shares under their wing and anything can be happening within their spher of influence without nessisarly requiring an announcement
