Personally I think anything above 500 million bbls recoverable will give this one hell of a kick.
88E have previously quoted NPV of $5/bbl so to humour slarrets guess/assumptions we can do the math on this.
2.8 billion x 5 = $14 billion
If we apply this to our share base (including options) of roughly 4 billion shares then 14/4=$3.50 per share.
Nice to dream but for now I'll be happy to achieve about 5% of that as a more realistic target.
Certainly makes you think though what the possibilities are if everything goes to plan.
To give this a little more context in regards to size 2.8 billion barrels would put our reserves at about twice that of Origin and Santos combined including both P1 and P2 reserves!
