Regarding gazetting, this is very frustrating for them as every week they are told it will happen next week. They did say they'd be surprised if it wasn't wrapped up by end of Feb though.

Not sure we can take them at their word due to the slower than expected "Angolan time" but it is worth noting that end of February is only 2 trading days away.
