Here is something v v serious for all to consider. If I was AG, I would convince the BOD to maintain interim dividend. If banks were coming in the way, I would convince them too.
It is v v important that interim dividend be maintained as company in terms of NET PAT is still going to be OK.
Suspension of interim dividend in a way MAY TANTAMOUNT TO misguiding and or not fully informing the market /investors of SGH and strengthening the hands of players if they go for CA.
