i thought the same jorgina. but wouldnt that be against the asx rules of protecting shareholder rights/ in best interest of holders? is there such a thing?
i know they dont care about us, but wouldnt be illegal intentionally going broke?
plus they are fighting against the case and countersuing, so doesnt look like they are rolling over here
