Have you ever launched a tech product in to the marketplace before?
There's such thing as a customer acquisition cost. You can't expect an app to launch and reach millions of users by magic.. Or for free, sorry pal.. 400k in a week is the most laughable thing I've read in this forum, no offence intended.
It's hard enough getting people to know about the product, let alone getting consumers to understand it and then actually pay for it.
It's a very consistent and solid approach with a target of 180,000 users per year and i'm assuming those targets would be in a more educated, higher socio-economic demograph that understand tech (and this product) who can influence other users (Family and friends) These are the first adopters.
It could be a customer acquisition cost of $50 per user in which case targeting anymore than 180,000 users in a calendar year would be expensive and hard on cashflow (Especially with free trial promotions) This takes into account the promotional spend to capture these consumers through above the line and below the line marketing methods, not including operational management costs.
Also they'll need to track the stability of the platform as it slowly attracts mass usage and be able to control minimal damage with a steady customer increase.
And if we're talking about 180,000 users per year (Give or take) we're talking about $10 million in revenue by first year and $30 million in revenue by third year (Going of a $4.99 per/month plan) This is a company that's setting themselves up for consistent scalable growth and realistic targets.
Anyone who thinks this will explode onto the market Gangnam Style, is dreaming. It just won't happen, not even with Justin Biebers pretty little face on the cover. But if the product works as it says and the management are smart in who they choose to partner up with, then you can guarantee you will have greatly increased your investment in this stock in the next 12 - 18 months.
Very excited to hold this product long term. Great branding. Great team. Great product. Realistic targets. Cash in the bank. Simple as that.
Of course IMO only and please do your research on the product, it's management team and the market before you decided to buy or sell![]()
