I must admit am not sure if its the shorters that are capping this thing as IMO a shorter wants to push the SP down by relentless selling pressure then buy back in when the price hits the calculated rock bottom, in FAR's case this is from a tad over 9cents down to 7cents then they would have bought back in thus making 48m x 2c = $960k and then close out their positions but what is their gain if they continually cap the share as is obviously happening!!!
I rather think there is a different reason and that is an entity wanting the SP to remain as low as possible with the intention of looking at making an offer or some other such reason.
Just my thoughts but it certainly is relentless capping that is occurring and is getting rather tiresome.
