Im overweight in S32, i sold a small percentage of mine at $1.20, ones i bought at $0.89, i wanted to have a bit of a reserve again and i couldnt see it going much higher in the short term... If the SP gets close to $1 i would buy them back.

I think its looking pretty fairly priced where it is now, the volume and number of sellers and buyers has been pretty close, and there looks to be support either side. It looks like its consolidating at this price, and i suspect industry news rather than company news will drive it one direction or the other.

It could moves up to $1.30 there will be extra selling pressure again, and if it move below $1.10 extra buyers will come in. It would take something extraordinary to take it below $1 again i suspect.

Also its worth watching the shorters, i have been looking for signs that they might think its overpriced (just because it has bounced so hard), but the short % is decreasing from a record high (for S32), so they arent thinking the SP will go down.

If oil hits record lows again that might be another trigger for a general panic again and another buying opportunity, but its looking like there might be some relative stability for a while.

And i dont consider myself to be an expert but i try. The good thing about this forum, is that we can all help to keep each other informed, nobody can see it all, but if we all share our genuine thoughts then there is a collective wisdom to be found.
