I think it's worth holding.. losses for start up tech companies are not something new, it's all part and parcel of the organic growth stage.
The fact they had meetings with various environmental agencies in China goes to show what these guys are capable of - can't imagine what this will do to the SP should they get a few of those contracts.
They are certainly getting out there on an international level, recently teaming up with Libelium at MWC where NOR was unable to get a stand (Attended by 90,000).
It would appear they are rubbing shoulders with the right people and that is purely down to the quality of their technology.
