IMHO ARI has some big questions to answer before GSO deal will get up

How recently did ARI access undrawn borrowings?
When Did ARI last sign solvency declarations? (Same date as above?). Is there any truth to a rumour that this date was about the time of the 1/2 yearly report?
What changed from the date above to last Monday when they said they could only repay 55% of their borrowings?

While the past year has been extremely uncomfortable for holders, the next year might be much more uncomfortable for the Directors.
