If you were to do some further research as well, per cash flow in legal firm in UK they have a consensus that cash flow will be in at around 8 months mark or so, which due several legal regime moderation. It is a hard market (UK) to ease in to but it is impossible to do so. Before I did state to have a meal that is bigger than you are you will need time to digest, yet people are judging a company on a monthly basis I don't understand how the hell people expect other people to perform. They are not all Einstein, they will need time to assimilate all the processes in their firm and restructure to match up one another.
