The truth is not out yet so it is too early to judge sgh.
So much speculation come out after the "trading halt" which is explained quite clearly what is the reason of the suspension, which is due to the unconfirmed write-off number. In the annoucement, it also clearly stated that there is no other reason of the suspension we should know.

Everything is clear. Just that the market still come out with their own rumour and specualation and fear spreading and this is the reason why the punter is not comfortable. I am not spoke person for agh, unless they r lying, they did in fact stated the reason clearly, u guys didnt fully accept it and blaming sgh is just nonsense.
