Growing pains of a company in 2015-2016 integrating 5 new businesses across and Australia and the UK plus a collection of close to 50 businesses that comprise SGS.
That is one very big piece of work. All will be fine after growing pains are out of the way.
If a genuine long holder then all you have to worry about in the coming week or so is that SGH is still trading. That is a 100% certainty so there is nothing to worry about. The only way is up from here (with perhaps a bit of jiggery pokery as traders do their spreading fear trick).
Best any long term SGH holder can do, I feel, is to switch off from the stock market for six months and go to the races - if nothing else the outdoors is far more healthy than a computer screen.
