Not too worried about my investments in Aussie banks....particularly since I bought most in the 2009 to 2011 timeframe when there was a lot of fear around and prices were low. Still comfortably in front considering the high divvies.
Getting close to that time again, although the prospect of more cap raisings is a drag on share prices imo.
As for a house price crash...I'll believe it when I see it. Maybe 5 to 10 percent in capital cities....maybe more in some rural areas due to local issues but then again there ain't too many houses there.
