I see your point but depends how you look at things -- if TFG had planned to consolidate Prahran into Windsor then why wasn't that disclosed last month before the ASX listing? And if TFG hadn't planned to consolidate Prahran into Windsor then what has gone wrong in the past 6 weeks?
