Agree that a US sub-prime crisis is unlikely, but a decent fall is on the cards in my view. Population growth, rates and supply shortage doesn't fully explain where the market is. The prospect of persistent low growth, budget deficits, rising unemployment and a knock to confidence is a real risk. Particularly for investors piled in at the peak.
