We've had a right issue jay and while it doesn't dilute ones holding if one takes their rights, it still dilutes the company. You issue shares you dilute the company. It's pretty easy to understand and most who've been in the crs know how it works. Jay I can tell you're all for the common holder and that's fine, o think everyone's for themselves. After all we're putting hard earned into it. This is fairly pointless anyway
