re: rates up. but rates still too low why don't you rent and borrow to invest in quality stocks to supplement your income? I am selling my house the weekend after next (I hope)...long term the share market outperforms bricks and mortar although residential property has always been favourably treated by the tax man...and by quality stocks I don't mean LVL.
