Not overly impressed with Steve Larrat's article to be honest. The Connoco detail certainly was already known and has been discussed ad nauseum - there are multiple possibilities around this and one shouldn't draw any hard and fast conclusions from it at this time IMO. Then, the Galp payment falling due within 60 days doesn't appear to be backed up by any official channel or documentation. Definitely feels like the goal of this was to gain Twitter impressions and little more.
Hasn't changed my opinion one iota on what we have or where we are going, but I suppose maybe someone will get something out of it... Twitter impressions at the very least.
