    Feb 29 (Reuters) - Galileo Japan Trust (GJT) :

    • Proposed sale of Japanese property portfolio - announcement (GJT)
    • Proposed sale of 19 Japanese real estate properties in which gjt has an

      indirect interest for approximately ¥57.82 billion

    • Proposal, if completed, is expected to result in payment of special

      distributions to unitholders estimated to be $2.654 per unit in total
