    Feb 28 (Reuters) - Jacka Resources Ltd (JKA) :

    • Under agreement, gpdc has the right to acquire co's indirect investment in the aje field for a total consideration of US$18 million
    • Says mx oil plc has now agreed terms for sale of its investment in aje field offshore Nigeria to gec petroleum development co ltd
