    I have take a position this morning.

    Smoke signals all around.

    New substantial shareholder on board (evidenced by crossing with Sandon Capital selling out at 0.8), main asset sold, trading at or slightly less than cash backing, board members leaving/new ones being appointed.

    Awaiting announcement of new substantial holder in the next few days.
