It is not the company's job to react to every share price movement. It's their job to create the most value possible for shareholders in the form of earnings.
What more can they do if the market wasn't amazed, it's only been a week or 2 since the results!
If you're stressing out that much either sell your shares, buy more to average down, turn your PC off for 6 months, and I'd recommend starting yoga practise. Stops you neurotically worrying about things.
If you're not comfortable with the paper losses you've made so far then maybe you should reassess your risk profile. Anything that you expect to go up hundreds of percent or even 20% in a year is very high risk. Nothing is certain which I gather anyone who purchased over $12 is feeling the reality of right now.
Honestly please stop hassling them, you're wasting their time and money which could be spent on actual business matters and not your own anxiety.
