I to thought "leaky Ship" theory, its a learning curve when l started buying around $4.00 Morningstar had Fair Value at around $12, so as said just a bit cauitous here, sooner miss out on 0.08 and find myself at 0.06 with another CR in the future, will feel more comfortable to buy on the up even if it means missing out here at a "bargain" unfortuantly there is enough good small caps around showing really good value which makes it hard for OLV to get traction
