OK I really don't understand your logic. If they are settling for 1.1b instead of 5b then isn't that a good deal for BHP and us shareholders, haven't they already provided for this so why the crash you eagerly expect and hasn't the PPS already dropped 40% since this incident. I thought this was old news.
