There's a certain amount of mea culpa for those not doing their due dilligence. But SGH has to assume responsibility for failing to inform the market correctly of their situation. When cashflow figures are this bad and the company just holds onto them (or overstates their faith in the company's ability to perform), then those Directors/people making statements have to be held accountable.
I'm 100% supportive of a class action against SGH.
