Could not agree more Perth now has the second highest average property price in Australia behind Sydney and about 40k in front of Melbourne.

When you look at the population of both Sydney and Melbourne (which IMO are also over priced) and the size of the urban spread there compared to Perth and there is no way Perth property prices can be justified.

It amazes me how the realestate industry can one minute be talking propety priced up then the next be expecting to government to introduce greater concessions so people can offered the properties they are talking the price up on.
