I was watching SUITS on Netflix and foxtel ... it amazed me how easy the law firm can change name or switch partners ...
it also amazes how the bank can call the shots on DSH since all they need to do is to sell the inventory, no skill required ...
on the other hand, bank has to beg SGH to stay float until it pays off some or all of its debts ... bankers cannot go to court on behalf of the lawyers to cash in WIP ...
the question is has the lawyers got better things to do apart from paying off debts ... oh yeah, they can change name to GORDON & SLATER... or F&U&C&K&T&H&E&B&A&N&K
