Contract EOIs needed for Northern Gas Pipeline
With McConnell Dowell securing the Northern Gas Pipeline contract with Jemena, the construction contractor has sent out a call for Expressions of Interest from suppliers and subcontractors.
Asian conglomerate Jemena took the $800 million contract for the North East Gas Interconnector (NEGI) Pipeline in November last year.
McConnell Dowell is expected to begin construction on the project in early 2017, contracted for $300 million with estimates for around 560 jobs during construction.
