THis is some of the stuff investing101 dug up about some of the new appointments (I'm including Sal, although he is not that new...).

Salvador Alvarez- Worked at Cadbury from 2003-2009 in a range of global positions. Founded his own business consulting firm from 2010- present. Has been involved in over 12 different product categories in over 50 countries. He has worked and lived in the U.S, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Europe.

Rob Saunders- Senior Vice President of sales. Previous work experience include impressive positions at the MARS company including national retail broker operation manager and senior account manager at BOTH MARS and TARGET. Previous position before Yowie was team leader of chocolate at Walmart.

Lenny Buzik- Vice President of sales Walmart- Worked as an equity analyst for Credit Suisse from 2009-2012. Worked for Walmart from 2012- present in positions including Senior sales analyst, national account manager and client manager.

Deirdre Miller- SVP sales, Walmart and national accounts Yowie. Another impressive resume, worked as a business development manager at Walmart for 5 years. Other positions include national account manager for Cadbury Walmart, national customer manger for KRAFT foods Walmart and customer business leads at Mondelez international (look that up).

Rick Thorpe- logistics consultant at Yowie. Worked for Cadbury from 2001-2011. Then worked as a subject matter expert and Mondelez international. Has been at yowie for longer then the previous ones mentioned.


Pretty impressive and experienced team with knowledge in areas highly relevant to YOW 's sales and expansion strategies.
