They could get the JV to pss the THP off so that all can see how gigantic this could be, that would be a start. I have the distinct feeling that FAR thought the THP would be a good idea at the time, but I suspect that all its doing is hindering our chances of a higher sp and much less dilution. It does make you wonder if this whole TH policy was intended to have this effect on the junior partner? Would make sense to me if you had designs on their share. AIMO DB
