Well I suggest you give up, how is it clear, a private company buys 53% not a takeover for what, to use AGI as a vehicle to sell their products in areas they do not have a foothold or to sell AGI products in their area of dominance, should be both but is that clear, NO. Lenny says he wont sell to anyone else even if at a higher price, is that sound business and is that caring about the shareholders which is the prime responsibility of a company. Nah, this deal is not clear cut, may not get approved and what if a full takeover comes from another company, which I think will happen, is that all clear.
