If you go shopping, you will want to buy something on sale, not when the price is at the peak. I would have done the same if I am the boss of Novomatic. They have to look after their investors and their interests too so you can't blame Novomatic for that.
Now the ball is back to minority holders of AGI and have a say. If you think Novomatic and Lenny is not looking after you and not in your interest, just vote no. I will vote no but I suspect my vote will not alter the inevitable outcome.
