Smartpay Holdings Limited advises that the following unlisted options have
now expired without being exercised:

These options automatically lapsed, in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions of the Options, on the date falling 3 months after the date on
which Ivan Hammerschlag ceased to be a director of the Company.
