Is it just me or is this one of the best LIC type buys at present?
I have recently doubled my holding as we are buying a stock at a discount to its NTA, which in turn, is investing in stocks/property trusts/bonds/CEFs at a discount to their NTA?
I also like that it is an international fund with exposure outside Aust.
Yes, they charge more in operating/performance fees than AFI or ARG but gee there just seems to be so much more upside to GVF.
I understand that price is being held around $1 until the options expire, but after that it has to jump to its NTA given that it is paying around 6% div fully franked at present?
Where are the negatives I'm missing?
