probably because problems were not solved convincingly...

the double sword of the matter is:

if the share price doesnt go up dramatically, then Dia wont allow to convert their defer payment to shares (otherwise, its actually a RTO funnily), then ADO has to come up with cash that they dont have ... that means CR ... that means half price of today's price, and funnily, that will probably mean a reverse takeover (RTO).

I still remember 2 months ago they said they were not going ahead with debt finance and paid total $1mil euro ... f*, that's ADO's multi years revenue just foregone because of change of mind or something.
