Litigation Funders may choose to go after SGH's D&O and PI polices should SGH not be creditworthy...having said that the weaker SGH, the less chance the Litigation Funders will launch class actions as the risks are too high to warrant the commercial bet
What is astonishing is word that ASIC gave SGH a Greenlight for Disclsoures under Listing Rules....Beggs believe given what was released two days ago, after such misleading guidance by the company prior to this....the market has been massively hoodwinked by SGH management
