I kind of like you mate, but take a read of what IndiJo posted earlier today

In Jan 15 he also said A Major Deal Close at Hand

He also said in Nov 14..." Unilife began shipping commercial product to Hikma in the September quarter, albeit at a low level. But volume should increase in the months ahead and shipments to Sanofi are expected to commence. Other contracts may also contribute in the near future. Since expenses will likely remain fairly level, the revenue growth should move the bottom line closer to breakeven. Moreover, management has announced that cash receipts in the final three quarters of this fiscal year will reach at least $30 million. As a result, the Company should remain in compliance with its OrbiMed debt covenants."

In June 2014 ..."Select 510(k) submissions are planned to coincide with new supply agreements. Unilife will use this regulatory path for its autoinjectors, since those devices do not serve as drug containers. (Unifill syringes used with the autoinjectors serve that purpose.) As a result, the Company plans to seek FDA approval of this product line and certain wearable pumps via the premarket notification path. Since the 510(k) involves a 90-day review, Unilife will be able to coordinate its submission(s) with clients’ needs – we believe such filings will be made within the next 6 to 12 months"

July 2014 "Commercial sales are poised to begin with shipments of Unifill syringes to the manufacturer of injectable drugs, Hikma Pharmaceuticals. By the second fiscal half, Unilife will also be shipping its prefilled syringes to Sanofi. Thus, revenues should enter a strong growth track starting in the September quarter."

Now what if you had taken a biggish stake (lets say 250K$) in the company around these announcements.
And you set a timeframe of around 18+mths to sell out at a nice profit. Lets say 50%+. There are big statements in these announcements.

Now 18 mths later and not one of these things has happened. Please don't try and tell me 1 m shipped over the last 6 mths is any big deal. Back at the time of these announs the SP was around 50c (June) and 70c (Nov). So 20 mths later from the first announ, where are we -  18-20c. Now did my decision to invest back June 2014 make the SP go down. From the above statements one would expect the company to be doing quite well by now.

Well friend, the last 6 mths has been one stuff up, after another, after another. Did I make those stuff ups. No, people who are paid by us, really showed they were not up to it. Dilution from 600m+ CDI's to now 1000m. Did any SH cause the SP to fall?

So the bottom line is when MANAGEMENT make stuff ups that nearly cripple a company, THEY take the blame not shareholders. And I take great offence to anybody on HC telling me in hindsight that I should have sold back 12 mth ago or should have done this or that. Nobody here really knows other people's position - as in their holding/s, in Super or not, an investment or trading, age, tax position etc etc.
