Not sure it was a shakeout - some 7.5m traded today. Some pretty big SH are selling into this downtrend. I'm sure it is more than moms and pops on HC?
Just look at the volume over the past 4 trading days, and note these values do not include chi-x. Today ASX = 5.2m and chi-x = 2.28m, so the alternative market is not be taken lightly.
Where does that leave Regal and their $10m, now siting on a 1/3rd loss in a couple of weeks. They will not like that, as these 'masters of the universe' with their short / long expert strategies will not sit back for too long without making a turn on their investment.
