Joe, I have never commented on the top-up before, It is not a concern of mine.......
I didn't think I was asking for a favour, to be honest I thought I was suggesting
a way that ERM might be able to achieve a meaningful top-up....
I didn't ask for an extension, I just said could it be in ERM's interests to
extend their repayment by a year for a better return.....
Your not the only one that can suggest things here Joe....
Still can't believe that everything said on here turns into an argument..
