You do know that the ASX listing rules are designed to protect investors.
This is a classic case of how when enforced it does protect investors.
A one page document with a couple of sentences should not be able to move a security by 200%. If a sale and purchase is executed the entire document should be released to the market. If it is not in a state that can be released then it should not be worthy of an announcement that causes a share price to triple...
